I visited two beautiful places with the Yuval guide and it was great! We went first to Masada and the Dead Sea, then another day to Nazareth, Capernaum and Sea of Galille. Yuval is a great guide, kind, funny and intelligent with whom exchanges are easy and pleasant. Yuval is very cultured and told us a lot of stories on the spot, it was very interesting and rewarding. Also, Yuval is a very good photographer, it makes beautiful memories! The contact was easy for the start, everything is well organized and I felt safe throughout, I hope to come back one day, thank you for all Yuval!:)
Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful review. We’re delighted to hear that both of your tours with Yuval were such great experiences. His kindness, humor, and deep knowledge truly make each visit meaningful, and we’re glad you felt safe, well-guided, and well taken care of throughout the day. We’ll be sure to share your kind words with him. We appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you again in the future.
The day trip began in Haifa. visit Massada and the Dead Sea. Date - 06 - July - 2023. Tourist guide - Eliran Kaissar. Car - Chevrolet Traverse excellent guide I highly recommend!!!!!
This a great and sincere expression of gratitude for your praise-worthy guide, Eliran.
Nice day. Trip started and ended on time. Pick up was easy, guide spoke English and Covid protocol was utilized. The guide was knowledgeable and polite. For $760, we all still think it was a bit pricey, but one person in our group had a serious illness and the peace of mind in not exposing him to unnecessary germs or whatnot was worth the price.
We thank you for mentioning that you were highly satisfied with your guide and the tour management with sensitivity to the needs of a traveler with you, The rate is standard as it is by distance km traveled and doesn't include entrance fees. Glad you enjoyed it nevertheless and the service was delivered in full.
We did a private tour and our guide was AMAZING. He told us about everything and stopped to tell us about a few special places. I will say that the tour had him stop at a tourist lunch place and beach instead of something that should have been much better considering we paid to have our own day not with a group. The lunch was not good and the beach was just a yucky public beach. But the guide was absolutely the best.
We are very pleased that you were immensely satisfied with our guide. (PIty no mention of the guide's name for him to get the appreciation and clarification that needs to be conveyed. Regarding the lunch stop location and beach; you swam at. Firstly along the Dead Sea for 60!!!km there are no private beaches. Only in the hotel district much further south are there some beaches paid for through the hotels where one can enter. We don't use these facilities as they are completely off the distance course of this tour. (Ein Bokek you can check for yourself!) The location we stop at to swim is what there is,(considering it is facilitated. (not the yucky beach you mention. (Spa and treatment options are only available at hotels today) I am sure your guide explained about Massive sinkholes in the region that have closed in the last 5 years 2 very attractive beach locations, Regarding your lunch stop. We are totally limited with options of available restaurants where to eat. Those who cater for groups or small tours (other than the Gas station) where one can eat. (Since Covid 2 of the 4 available then, did not reopen..) We are limited in what we can offer (no fault of ours but merely adaptation to what we can offer following is available in this desert region. You failed to mention as you saw all along that this region is highly uninhabited. There are NO private, less crowded options even better for eating in a less touristy restaurant. Hard to understand but the plain truth. We are regretful that you felt this way and came away with the mistaken impression regarding our operation and what we offer whether private or group tours. We simply provide out of what we can, however hard this is to accept and expect. We are truly hoping for better.
Gil was a great tour guide - very knowledgeable, patient with our large group, flexible. I would highly recommend.
Thanks for this sincere recommendation of our services and our guide Gil. He is worthy of praise for his efforts and professional management of the tour.
Mordicai was a great guide! He was knowledgeable and flexible. When there was a line of traffic with a long wait time he turned around and brought us to the Dead Sea. We mentioned we wanted a good meal so he took us to the area that had a nice place to eat. The food was very good’ It was not very crowded and also had time swimming pools to swim in. The fact that it was private made it possible to be flexible. It was a little more $$$ than a large tour but worth it.
Thanks so much fro this review and praise for our guide Mordechai. It is indeed a whole lot different when one travels in a custom made manner.it allows for the flexibility and dynamic on a much more peranal need basis. So happy to read you had a en excellent tour experience and felt your funds were were well spent!
We had a great private tour with Eran. He was knowledgeable about the history and provided us with great insights. Floated in the Dead Sea and learned all about it which was fascinating.
Thanks so much for this complimentary feedback of your private tour and of your guide Eran. Clearly his professional efforts have been much appreciated.
Cable car ride, walking tour of Masada, trip from Jerusalem to Masada The place we stopped at the Dead Sea was horrible. I’ve been there before and faked our guide not to go there but he refused to go to another place.
Yael was so lovely! She was a treasure trove of history! She was so professional and friendly. She spoke of her own life on a kibbutz and made us feel like old friends. Can’t wait to recommend her to my friends in the States!
Our guide was very knowlegable and very tolerant of a variety of interests in our group of 6. He supported a walker at Masada and a non-swimmer at the Dead Sea. He was solely interested in making this "our Day' to see and do as much as we wanted. He offered explanations and answered questions about many areas of life in Israel. In a crowded tourist season, he facilitated our seeing everything pocssible.
Dear Nancy Thanks very much for such a kind and insightful posting of your tour and our guide. It is a great pity that no mention is made of their name to get the accreditation for such efforts and caring service and accompaniment. We are happy to read you have come away with an enlightening and memorable and fantastic tour experience to cherish with Bein Harim.
