Javier was very helpful and took us around best spots in Madrid. He helped with my Mom for her wheelchair. He took gave excellent recommendations and even took time to explain the history of the locations and significance. Thank you Javier
Thank you so much for sharing your experience. We are delighted to hear that Javier not only assisted with the transfer and wheelchair, but also gave you excellent recommendations and made your time in Madrid even more enjoyable. We are very proud to have drivers who go above and beyond to make our guests feel comfortable and well taken care of. We will be sure to pass on your kind words to Javier — he will be very happy to hear them.
Very gentle tour guide. Very clear. The tour guide explain very clear all the details of each monument. Absolutely recommend.

Our guide Anna was simply fantastic. She is very knowledgeable about art history, Madrid, and history in general. A very professional and pleasant experience as was our driver who was excellent. Thank you!
Thank you so much for your comment and for your visit, we hope see you soon again!

Our driver was there on time, he drove us in a beautiful Mercedes Van. Offered us complimentary water and the car was equipped with wifi, which was great. He was a Madrid native but he either didn't seem knowledgeable enough about the area or his English was not good enough to understand. Based on how much we paid for this tour for four people, I would have preferred to pay 250 less and go in one of those open tour buses.

Not fluent enough in English so it made the tour less enjoyable than it could have been. Not worth the money!

We have a really good time. I loved the attention Leonore paid to architecture, and some of the monuments that we might not have seen on our own. She was a very gracious person, and our driver was very thoughtful and courteous. Well done.

The private tour go Madrid city was a pleasant experience. Most of the tour included traveling by car with limited stops. The driver and guide of a spacious Mercedes van, big enough to hold 6-8 people ( we were a party of 4), was knowledgeable, was a native of Madrid and was able to share very interesting stories of the city. Due to the number of attractions in Madrid and the limited duration of this tour we were unable to fully experience the history of attractions like the Prado and the Royal Palace. The driver/guide took us to a traditional bullfighters bar where we enjoyed a drink and native tapas; did not realize it took away about 30 -40 minutes from the 3 hour tour. Overall it met our objectives of being able to see the city in the limited time we had. Recommendation: Take the full day city tour if you have more time.
