The world’s first Christian Cathedral - Echmiadzin was built in the early fourth century (301 - 303) by Gregory the Illuminator.
One of the brightest landmarks of medieval Armenian architecture – the magnificent Zvartnots Temple was constructed in the 7th century.

Dates back to XIII—XIV centuries, is one of the most beautiful and interesting monasteries of Medieval Armenia.
