The attractions we saw were worth seeing. The guide was knowledgeable. The pick up arrangements were shambolic and unsettling. The guide was supposed to meet us in the lobby of the hotel. This didn't happen. Instead a driver who had an altercation with our hotel security eventually drove us through the back streets of the port area to where we were now apparently meeting the guide. This again didn't happen and we were eventually united with the guide at the Catacombs. We were then told we were only doing 3 of the 5 attractions we had booked and paid for. This was resolved by a phone call to the agency. We then had to wait 15 minutes for the catacombs to open. Which rather begs the question as to why we were asked to be ready for pick up at 8am.
