You will visit the Tequila Selecto factory, one of the few remaining artisanal and industrial tequilas with a guided tour and tasting of tequila, liqueurs and creams that are made inside the distilleries. Visit the agave fields and have a great time.

The tour begins with a warm welcome at our distillery, where our expert guides will tell you about the exciting history of tequila and the tradition of Tequilera Cascahuín. You will learn about the tequila production processes, from the selection of the best agaves grown in the valleys area to distillation and aging in oak barrels. During the tour, you will have the opportunity to enter the facilities and discover the art and mastery behind the creation of our tequila. You will be able to observe the masonry ovens where the agaves are cooked to release their sugars, the mills where the must is extracted and the copper stills where the distillation is carried out. We had an excellent day with Mauricio as our guide on our distillery tours near Tequila. We started off at the picturesque Tres Mujeres and learned about their production process and tasted some of their distillates. We moved on to Cascahuin for our private tour and tasting. It was interesting to see the differences (and similarities) to the processes between the two places. Not surprisingly, the sit-down tasting of 6 tequilas at Cascahuin was charming and delicious. Mauricio offered suggestions for additional places to visit. He was also fun to talk with on all kinds of things Mexico. Thanks to Mauricio with Koyote Tours for a lovely day.
