I accidentally signed up for the wrong day, which I discovered immediately, but could never get the tour company to contact me and ended up losing the money. Very disappointed.

This was a great way to get to see quite a few monuments in Thessaloniki. Our driver was very friendly and accommodating. Since it was only us, our schedule was flexible, we could give more time at the landmarks we wanted. Our driver was also quite knowledgeable and gave us more information on the history of the city and specific landmarks.
We had a confirmed meeting time and location, but when we arrived there was no guide/driver. The company did not respond to any messages and their customer service bot said it would take at least 24 hours to rectify this issue.
