If I had to give the award to the worst guide in the world, I would certainly be this lady's. It's a shame he didn't write down his name. The excursion was on the 12th of October this year. We had to get the bus to the agency. We left Budapest and arrived to the next city, we took a while, the guide told us we had, I don't remember exactly if it was 20 or 40 minutes. I use them in the huge line to go to the bathroom (I take a fluid retention medication) so that the morning I have to go to the bathroom several times. The time and more we spent waiting to be able to enter, the good lady put our friend and I, less beautiful, told us everything, even, that the bus was leaving and there left us lying... However, where she had commission, she didn't mind giving more time to make more profit. Don’t take this tour, it’s not worth it.
Saludos cordiales Lantino Travel
Great private tour. Our guide and driver were totally professional and fun to be with. A wonderful lunch in country was delicious.
Our guide shared so much history and information in such an engaging way that my family thoroughly enjoyed learning so much! The guide took into account our different interests and different physical limitations in crafting a very enjoyable, informative and delightful day. The driver was skilled & also provided interesting commentary about the areas traveled.
Our guide Annamario was very good and we enjoyed the tour. If you are considering going on it, you should be aware there are many, many stairs at the citadel. If I had known this ahead of time, I would not have signed us up for this particular tour. Our little group would have preferred shopping time in Szentendre and less time at the citadel. We didn't make it to Visegrad, but I can see others would prefer the history of the tour we had. I would recommend this tour. It just wasn't the best match for us.
Touring the small village and the castle. Excellent guide and the driver was very friendly. We liked being picked up at the hotel.
We were picked up right on time. our guide and our driver were outstanding I would definitely recommend this tour.
Enjoyable tour. We really liked seeing the countryside and learning the history of Visegrad castle. Xxxxxxxxxx I
