Pick up at the airport was just fine. The issue I had was my return. I requested a ride online and received a confirmation email. However, I then received a call telling me the quote was no longer good and then tried to increase the fare. I called a taxi and the cost was lower than the original quote from viator. Also a much nicer, cleaner vehicle.
Communication was superb! We had a flight diversion coming in, so we arrived a day late - no issue with our pick up at all. I was able to call and text to keep them posted, and they were waiting when we arrived. Friendly, large clean cars, knowledgeable. Will 100% use again!
