We will transport you safely and comfortably to the Martha Brae Rafting experience. Here you can raft the enchanting Martha Brae River (at your expense) an experience not to be missed. Established forty years ago, Rafting on the Martha Brae boasts a complement of eighty five licensed and experienced raft captains. Thirty-foot long bamboo rafts are boarded from a concrete pier, under the supervision of a licensed dispatcher. The raft ride is operated over a three mile stretch of the beautiful Martha Brae river and lasts approximately one hour. Once on the raft, guests can learn about “The Legend of Martha Brae” or enjoy an exhilarating swim. The attraction has over the years played host to a number of celebrities including HRH Queen Elizabeth II, heavy weight champion Lennox Lewis, Chuck Norris, Dionne Warwick, Spike Lee, former NBA star Patrick Ewing, Jane Seymour of “Doctor Quinn- Medicine Woman” fame, Kenny Rodgers, the late Johnny cash and world 100 meter champion Usain Bolt.

待ち合わせ場所も時間も間違ってなかったが1時間待っても迎えが来なかった。事前にこちらのWhatsAppも伝えてあったが連絡なく、来ないので連絡したが直後もその後も連絡なかった。Viator側からはスムーズに返金の手続きされ、返金された。楽しみにしてたツアーに行けなくなり残念だった。 The meeting place and time were not wrong, but even after waiting for an hour, they didn't pick me up. I also told them about this WhatsApp in advance, but they didn't contact me, and I didn't come, so I contacted them, but they didn't contact me immediately or after that. The Viator side proceeded with the refund smoothly and was refunded. It was a pity that I couldn't go to the tour I was looking forward to.

1st, you have to contact the company to confirm your pick up time. 2nd, Do not provide you with entrance fee prior to booking. 3rd, The rafting personnel was very rude and charges $99 for two ppl ($50 each). Offer you punch and additional $6 for rum to added. No water bottles provided. However, the rafting tour guide I had was very professional and did not force you to purchase any additional services or beg for a tip after the completion of the rafting.

We are also apologizing on behalf of the Martha Brae Rafting attraction who are independent of RPT Tours Jamaica. We are indeed aware of their charge and we ask our drivers to communicate this information before taking you there or to any attraction on the island. In fact the details of your booking outlines that your booking only covers Air conditioned vehicle but DOES NOT include the attraction fee. A review of your booking shows that you booked and paid for transport to the attractions which was completed and as you said, 'the driver was very nice and professional'. We are hoping that there will be no misunderstanding should you have any future bookings and we also wish you the best of all your future endeavors. Please note that as a tour business we do not offer water bottles neither do we coerce our guests to leave a tip. We will look into any offering which will enhance our services as we seek to have all our valued guests leaving with an experience that exceeds their expectation cognizant of our brand. My, and wife and I went on the rafting trip on the Martha Brae. Our driver was Dal Pringle. He showed us areas along the way where ordinary Jamaicans live so that we could get a better appreciation of life in Jamaica. He answered all of our many questions and taught us quite a bit about life on the island. He also took pictures and a few videos of us before, during, and after the rafting trip down the Martha Brae. He could easily have charged us a fee for these, but instead sent them to us without charge. RPT tours is a reputable and ethical tour operator, and you should not hesitate to book tours with them. The rafting experience on the river was also wonderful, and the Raft Captain was skilled and made sure we were comfortable and safe. Overall, I highly recommend RPT Tours and also highly recommend the rafting trip on the Martha Brae.

Was sent a confirmation code and paid in full for this excursion and when the day came someone said over the phone that they did not even see a booking for us scheduled at all. But my money was never returned. Actually this happened in November 2020 not last year.

I have to leave a review for our driver Dal. We booked this on our last day in Jamaica and I wish we met him from the begining!! This wasn't just a private taxi to Martha brae and back, Dal gave us so much knowledge and insight into Jamaican culture and history with occasional drop off to points of interest and areas of Jamaica that you would not come across as a tourist. Not only that but he had an amazing personality and had me and partner engaged and laughing throughout the day. After the we did the rafting, which was amazing, and from conversations with Dal in the morning he offered to take us to experience and see other slices of Jamaican life that we hadn't been able to do. I repeate this is more than just a private taxi, if you're riding with Dal he will show you a side of Jamaica that will change your holiday experience entirely!

The best tour guides we’ve had on any trip hands down!! We used RPT tours for our family and friends vacay. Everyone was amazing the entire time. Our every need was taken care of without a problem!
