Pickup Locations & Times
At Buffalo Airport, we meet and greet our guests inside the terminal at the baggage conveyors. The baggage conveyors are on the arrivals level. After you de-plane, follow the signage to the baggage claim area. To access this area you will ride down an escalator. Your driver will be waiting at the bottom of the escalator holding a tablet displaying your name. Your driver will assist you in claiming your baggage from the carousel and escort you to your vehicle. NOTE: This transfer crosses an International Border Passports/Visas are required.

Easy pick up at the Buffalo, NY airport and drop off at our Niagara Falls hotel. Communication with Wheelz was easy and reassuring. John let us know where and when he would pick us up. No stress.
Our driver was Judy she was amazing full of fun facts and help. The drive to our hotel was easy even though lots of traffic The start of our journey 2 cold bottles of water were there for us Very professional and amazing service
We had a round trip with John. He was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to have driving us on our trip. The process was easy. He texted me when he was there and where he was. Easy to find and assisted us in the airport and to ease us through the border for a smooth process. Coming home there was major traffic at the border (day of the technology outage) which we almost missed flight but John was proactive and we made our flight home! I would recommend!!

We had a long day with flight delays and he had to pick us up at 10:30 pm. He was there when we came off escalator with bright sing with my name.
