Maria and Karolina helped us with the airport shuttle in Poland. We came here for the Taylor Swift concert and flew in at different times. I am impressed with their communication style, billing, and follow-up. You talk about customer service in Poland; well look no more. It is best to have a driver pick you up and back to the airport while visiting a country you've never visited. The drivers were all on time, always. Book your airport shuttle with this company. You will not regret it. There's a tip for you though. There's two exits when you arrive to Poland, 1 and 2. Please look at the monitor, look at your flight, and it will tell you which exit you need to leave. From there, your driver will be waiting for you.

<p>Received an email the day before travel stating not enough info, took an hour to sort, last thing you need! Had to email again during stay to confirm return trip. Neither car up to the standard quoted, would have to think twice about using again.</p>
