<p>We initially caused the driver a problem in collecting us from the airport as when we recognised a sign for the hotel we were to stay at we assumed that was our driver. The hotel people initially told us that they were there to collect us despite us having a different name. It took some time for the error to be detected. When it was we were able to find our driver who proved to be excellent and the car was clean and very comfortable. The return from the hotel was timely.</p>
<p>Driver failed to pick us up from airport and did not answer mobile. Thankfully staff from Visitor Information arranged another driver for us.<br/> On return the driver was a little unsure what terminal we were going to.<br/> Would not recommend or use again.</p>
