Even though it was a rainy day, it was still great to see the countryside. The guide and driver, Andresz (I may have the wrong spelling) was very good--friendly, professional and efficient.
We did a half-day shore excursion of Tallinn from our ship. Stanislav was our guide, and he promptly met us at the cruise terminal at the agreed-upon time. We had a perfect "getting acquainted" with Tallinn day. Having our own vehicle, we could see many sights we would not have seen on a simple walking tour of the city. Being an experienced guide, Stan was able to take us to out-of-the-way places that few get to see. We experienced Tallinn through history, stories, sights, flavors, and more. We could not have asked for a better tour!!
