Private Rhino Walking Safari Experience from Livingstone
Description
The Pick-up and transfer – The Walking Safari Experience starts early with your collection from your Lodge or Hotel, and your transfer to the Park, which takes approximately 15-20mins. The early start is necessary to avoid walking in the heat, which can build up very quickly. It is important you have suitable walking shoes, hats and bush friendly attire. On arrival at the Park Gate we will organize an escort Scout to accompany the group and take a short drive to where we will start the Walk. The Guide will find the White Rhino and track as much of the large game as possible. Cold water is supplied on the Walk but half way through the Guide will stop at a suitable spot for refreshments, which consists of Homemade iced lemon juice with cake and cookies to recharge your energy levels.

Pickup Locations & Times
Pick up is of not less than 2 Pax. Please take note these are for pickups within Livingstone Town Zambia and Lodges within the Zambezi to the radius of 7km from Town, for pick up from Victoria Falls Zimbabwe Lodges a minimum Transfer Fee and Bridge Levy of total $ 17 per Pax return is chargeable.

Our experience was really a half day game drive-much more than a Rhino Walk. We saw many animals, including the rhinos. The walk portion was less than 10 minutes. It was mostly a jeep ride. That being said, our guide Skinny was very knowledgeable, friendly and interesting. He shared facts about Zambia, the animals and the national park. It was a great experience and a good start to our African adventure.
