It was good. I would recommend the service to all of my friends. The ride was comfortable and a driver was very nice.
Very efficient and nice except the last driver. We put in Finest on our reservation and chat, but they went to the Excellence lobby and then we heard them making fun of us with the Finest bell-hop.

Pickup from the airport was fine. They were 10 minutes late but not a big issue. The problem was we paid for roundtrip and we never heard from the company again. We were supposed to get an email the day before we left to give us the time to be picked up and it never happened. Sent messages to the company, no response and called them with no answer. Had to pay a taxi to get to the airport the morning of.
