Señor Jiménez was fabulous and so hospitable and enjoyable for our airport transfer from the Punta Cana airport to our resort. We opted for a cooler of water and beer and it was much needed after a long flight with little kids! He was a great way to kick off our vacation and we highly recommend him to others.
Let me first say they did get us to and from the airport However, we had to wait about 20 minutes at the airport for them to pick us up. They did have a sign with our name on it but they were not waiting for us. With that said, that airport doesn’t really have the capacity to have ALL the cars/vans waiting. The communication. Is lacking. I tried to confirm our trip back to airport from hotel and a full day went by without a single word on whether or. It they were gong to get us back to the airport. I contacted them again (the day before our departure ) and hours when by with no response. I was heading to the front desk to get another ride , and they finally responded. It turned out fine but sent me into panic mode (not exactly what I wanted on my last day there. Also both ways I explained the I had 4 adults and a wheel chair telling them I needed wheelchair accessible (which doesn’t exist). It was a regular midsize van. Our 4 pieces of large luggage (that I clearly stated), wheelchair and 4 adults fit….barely. All in all they got us there but I will it be using their service again.
This is the way to do it. They sent a message the day before. They were there when they said they were going to be. It was cheaper than going through the hotel. Mendy was great had a really nice van
Like most people it is always nerve racking when you try a new service. This company was spot on. Communication with Jade via email was quick and efficient and she provided clarity in every step. It was simple, our name was posted at the stand. We were escorted to where our driver was. Way quicker than waiting for included transport in packages. The return was just as efficient with Jade texting me that the driver had arrived which was 30 minutes early. No stress! The cost is great, very professional. We will absolutely use this team again!
