I had a great morning with Pietro, who is passionate about cooking his ancestors. He likes to pass on his know-how with method, serious and in a good mood! I learned the secrets of making a real pizza dough and the mythical tiramisu!! All this in a spirit of friendliness and professionalism, I highly recommend the experience!!
