Pickup details Upon arrival into Cairo Airport, please proceed to the main exit. The driver will be waiting directly outside the arrivals hall holding a name sign, as due to Egypt legislation they cannot enter the building. . Waiting time is 60 minutes for airport pickups and 15 minutes for drop offs. Please note that If your drop-off / pick-up address is outside Cairo, you will have to pay additional cost.

Lotfy was our driver. The company ensured that we had information about the drive in advance reaching out before we left. Lotfy was at the airport far in advance letting us know that he was there. We had some challenges with our VISA but he happily waited with no complaint. While in the car we were provided answers to our concerns and questions about the city.
