Pick up, overall, great! I would recommend this service to others and have been. My only suggestion is to disclose on advertisement of certain traveling restrictions for tourists(being road closure at 5pm thru Safaga to Luxor, otherwise you can get stuck to stay overnight before resuming transport, this was only shared the day before and so your ask if we can move our time up. I think with these types of restrictions, make it known in the service.
