On January 21 I had the experience of paragliding in the company of the pilot Yeferson, he is a very kind and pleasant person, where I had the opportunity to see the Cocorna town from above, I carried out this activity through John Fredy Gómez, owner from the Trança Sendalma tourism company, it is a serious company, with human and responsible quality, I recommend doing this type of activation with Tracia Sendalma
What a perfect, action packed, mindful day! I was picked up from my hotel and taken on a beautiful drive to the paragliding location. The paragliding itself was breathtaking, we flew alongside birds with waterfalls in front of us and the valley, speckled with horses and cows, below. Then we had a delicious traditional lunch and set off to hike up, with amazing views all along the way, to the falls. There we washed away the past in the invigorating falls, and sat for a meditation guided with the sound of flutes and drums and meditation bowls. I couldn't ask for a better guide or a better blending of immersion in nature and adventure. I can't recommend this enough! And will definitely reach back out to them when I return to Medellin.
It is a wonderful, safe and fun experience, accompanied by a very professional team. Whenever I can I will participate in their activities.
