Andrea was great- so pleasant and went out of his way to make our trip comfortable- even though the Kinreal Church was closed when we arrived due to a communion taking place. He tried so hard to find us a way in- but they would not allow it. So instead he took us to another lovely church in Palermo and extended the tour so we could do that. We are very sad we didn’t get to see the Monreale church but very appreciative that he tried to make it up to us ❤️ a real professional & a class act!
