Pickup Locations & Times
We offer collection from any hotel or accommodation in Inverness or the surrounding area, as well as from the cruise ship port in Invergordon. For cruise ship passengers, once you disembark, please follow the pedestrian route towards Invergordon town centre. As you exit the service base, you will come to a pedestrian crossing. Please cross the road, where I will be waiting for you. It typically takes around one hour for the ship to dock and for passengers to disembark. There are usually several guides and guests in this area, but I will be holding a board with your name for easy identification. From there, we will take a short walk of approximately 200 yards to reach the vehicle. At the end of your tour, I will drop you back at the same point, allowing you to make your way easily back to the ship. Please note that if you are arriving by cruise ship, your tour will be tailored to your ship’s schedule. We will plan to return at least one hour before the scheduled departure time to ensure a relaxed and stress free return.

Fiona was a great tour guide, full of facts and information. She was funny, accommodating, and served us good whiskey! Even though one of the roads was closed , she managed to find us some Hairy Coos to see!
Emma was the best. Kind and extremely knowledgeable about history and Outlander, but doesn’t get over you head like I have seen with other tours. She was wonderful!! She stopped in towns before and after Coloden Battlefield (very emotional) that were quaint and historic. Loved Beauly -a cute little town with a wonderful shop and really cool priory. She told us about a ghost there. LochNess was so fun to see in real life. It’s beautiful and so big!! I had no idea (I’m American). And we went to the grave site mentioned in Outlander where Jamie’s father was buried. Here we saw the most beautiful bluebells that had just started blooming (May) and lots and lots of really old tomb stones. We also saw Cairns and wanted to go through the stones but just couldn’t not hear the buzzing. Oh well!! I would recommend this tour a hundred times over. Go with Macaulay -you won’t regret it!! I wouldn’t change a thing!! The one other couple we were with loved it, too-only the four of us so we could see and hear everything.
Thank you for the wonderful review! I’m soo happy you enjoyed your tour! Safe onward travels!
