The 173 meter tall building consists of two towers that are connected with each other by the "Floating Garden Observatory" on the 39th floor. The observatory offers great views of the city through its windows and from its open-air deck. In the basement, there is a restaurant floor that replicates a town of the early Showa Period, while offices occupy most other floors.
Shinsekai , the New World, with it’s Tsutenkaku, the Osaka Eiffel tower, kushikatsu and Billiken , the God of wealth and money. Highly recommend booking with Yama San for unforgettable experience! He taught us history, traditional rituals, culture etiquette and helped us with best authentic street food. Many Thanks for being our friend.
I appreciate your most kind and thoughtful comment. I am very much glad to know that you have enjoyed the tour with me. I have also had a very happy time with you. I suppose that you must have been very tired from visiting the spots because of very high temperature on that day. The soft serve ice cream at Dootombori Street was good, right? I sincerely hope that the three stones of Go Dai Riki at Sumiyoshi Taisha Shrine will make your dream come true someday, but in such case, you have to return there, do you remember that? Ha ha ha! Doomo Arigato Gozaimashita, - Yama
We had just 24h drive in Osaka and this was a great way, comfortable and with a good Price quality ratio for a couple to get to know the essential of the city.
We appreciate your kind feedback and our guides do too! We are so happy to hear that you enjoyed the tour with your guide. We look forward to your next visit to Japan. Japan Guide Agency
Our tour guide Yama-San and our driver were both wonderful! Our tour guide was very pleasant, knew alot, and we highly recommend him! There were two people in our group in their late 80’s, and they were so accommodating and helped us find an itinerary that worked for us. Yama-San had so many wonderful stories and we really enjoyed learning about the castle and the shrine, and he was wonderful about taking pictures. It was really lovely to have so many candid photos after the trip, absolutely give our highest rating! Our first trip to Japan started off perfectly with this tour!
I appreciate very much your most kind and thoughtful comment. I am very much glad and honored to hear those comment. I have also had a very nice and happy time with you and your beautiful family. I do hope those three small stones will make your hope and dream come true. Please remember you have to come back to the shrine to return the stones once your dream and hope come true. Of course, as I told you, you can send them to me by FedEx. Hahaha! I sincerely hope I can see you again, maybe, in my city of Kobe next time. Doomo Arigato Gozaimashita, Yama
HORRIBLE is how I described this experience to my family. The guide, Yuki, was nice but she did not speak or understand English so we didn’t learn anything and had to cut short the tour. Very disappointed with j.g.a and this tour.
Thank you very much for your review. We have reviewed your case and the guide. Your email directly to us immediately after the tour was finished was responded to with professionalism and speed from our staff. Yuki is highly rated, often requested, speaks English well, and made a great effort to speak with your group as some of them were hard of hearing. We stand by our guide at this time. Sincerely, Japan Guide Agency
kaori was a wonderful woman who is very patient and dedicated guide. she walked with us to the sites and explained things to us. she had a driver pick us up.. very pleasurable day
Thank you for having me! I also had a great time with you! Please come back again with your friends for cherry blossoms! Thank you! Kahori
We had a tour with Mrs. Yuki. After the reservation she contacted and introduced herself. A few days before the trip, she sent us an exact itinerary with the note that it is changeable if we want to change anything else. Since she has planned a short lunch break, she has asked if we have any food allergies. We met at the train station in Osaka and she showed and explained the city, the main points and sights. She brought us closer to the historical background and also told us anecdotes. We ate the regional okonomijaki in Osaka. It was a very interesting viewing and experience. We can highly recommend the organizer and also Mrs. Yuki. Thank you very much for a nice day!
Thank you for your wonderful comment. I also had a lot of fun with you. It was a really lovely spring day. You could see plum blossoms and early-blooming cherry blossoms. Shitennoji Temple was the week of the equinox, so there were a lot of flea markets and you were able to buy some nice souvenirs. You also had the chance to interact with local people at the okonomiyaki restaurant and enjoy a leisurely meal. Yuki
Sachiko was very knowledgeable, professional and fun. She took time for us to ask questions and gave us ability to adjust our schedule on the fly. Highly recommend her and this itinerary
Thank you very much for your kind message. It’s encouraging and made me happy. It’s pleasure to explore Osaka while talking about differences of our cultures. I hope your daughter will start her new life well with her sweet cat.
All the places we visited were very beautiful , nice experience the tour , the guide had a good knowledge of the places and was very punctual
Thank you for your review. I enjoyed the tour with you and your mother. How's she doing? It was really nice to be able to visit all the places we had planned. Please visit Nara next time. Thanks again. Rie
This private tour in Osaka was at the end of our trip in Japan and after 2 weeks all over the country our guide had to be very creative impresing us with something special. Yuko, our nice guide did precisely that with courtesy and excellense. She chose the best Osaka has to show about the city, their people and their customs. She was very interactive with us and acomodate the time and places to our needs. If in Osaka your best guide: Yuko Kishihara. Kudos to her.
Thank you for your wonderful message! I really enjoyed sharing the time with you especially at the sushi restaurant. I hope we will meet again someday! Con amor y gratitud, Yuko
Yama’san was great…. Humorous, informative, and flexible to our wants and needs. Venturing on an entire 1/2 day foot tour allowed us to experience the sights, sounds, aromas, and foot traffic of Osaka in addition to history and landmarks. In essence we were able to experience the good, the bad, and the ugly. Yama’san, a job well done!
We appreciate your kind feedback and our guides do too! We are so happy to hear that you enjoyed the tour with your guide. We look forward to your next visit to Japan.
