Horrible. Communication was terrible, they were late. I was told I couldn’t cancel. An uber would’ve been faster. Hours of trying to get this right with pictures and location. I was with everyone else being pickup. Excellent driver from May 2, who dropped us off, told us we’re to be to get picked up. Very upsetting with this experience!
