We booked a transport from the airport to our hotel in Malta, and the experience was awful. The car they sent was in terrible shape. The left rear light was completely broken and held together with tape. During the ride, my daughter noticed that the driver-side wing mirror was literally hanging down, which is a massive safety hazard. On top of that, the car was making strange, worrying noises the entire trip, and the interior absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke. Completely unprofessional and unsafe. I would not recommend this service.
