The tour was very interesting and was designed according to our wishes. David was a friendly, reliable, attentive and caring guide with extensive knowledge. All in all a very pleasant experience. We can recommend the tour at any time.
Mike was great and nicely adapted the tour to our interests and time available. He directed us to many interesting sites.
Communication and experience with Ma. Lam was great. She was there on time to meet and greet my mom & I . Her driver was also present. From start to finish, Lam took us to all the points of interests mentioned and more. She was very attentive to my elderly mother and made sure we were timely so we wouldn't miss the shuttle back to ship. Lam was knowledgeable and explained the history of all the places we visited. We had a delicious lunch and had time to shop at the Dam Market. Her driver was always there and easy to find when we went from one place to another. He took great care of us as well because his driving was safe. Lunch was delicious. Ms. Lam and her driver are a great asset to your company. I would highly recommend this tour. You won't be disappointed.
We booked a personal tour of Na Trang which turned out to be excellent. We were delayed at the start because the ship tenders were very slow and we didn’t get to start until midday. The guide kept in touch with us and met us with a big smile! It took a short while to tune into Vincent accent but once we did he turned out to be a very good and flexible guide. Really easy to get on with and very flexible to change things around as we were late. Very worthwhile experience and lots of interesting insights into the Vietnamese culture and history. We taught Vincent about ‘rush hour’ which is all hours in Vietnam! Crazy scooter drivers, crossing the road is for the brave 😊. We ditched the market part and went to the beach instead. Lunch was also super tasty and Vincent looked after us very well indeed. Highly recommended!
