Second stop: opera house Time open 8:00 am - 5:00 pm The opera house has a museum showing the beautiful instruments , And also the museum shows the amazing theatre. Would be nice to see it.
Third stop : muttrah Souq (market) It’s an old Omani traditional market There you able to see the Cornish of mutrah and muttrah fort which gives 360 views from the top so you able to watch the sea and the mountains
The third stop: bait al zubair museum Take tour inside the museum to see an Omani old traditional clothes and Oman history. It’s has also Historical monuments . The museum is located in an old muscat city which allowed you to see the sultan palace and AL Gallaly forts .
Photo Stop: Al Alam Palace is the ceremonial palace of Sultan Qaboos and lays in the heart of Old Muscat. Built in 1972, the palace is a fine example of modern Islamic architecture.
Photo stop: Al Mirani Fort & Al Jalali Fort was built by the Portuguese on Sixteenth-century, its presence looms large over the harbor and contributes to the iconic view of Muscat.

Mazen was our Oman guide for two days - we visited the Grand Mosque and two Wadis one day and then went 9 miles offshore the next to snorkel coral reefs the second day, along with his brother who captained the boat. These incredible, authentic experiences were complimented by stops along the drives for tea and other local only side excursions, as Mazen shared cultural and historical history. He was excellent and highly recommend him as your guide to Oman!

We had a wonderful tour of Muscat City with Mazin. His punctuality, knowledge of all places and hidden gems highly impressed us. As he is personable and speaks very good English there were no communication issues. He really looked after our comfort throughout the whole day we spent with him, taking us to see the famous markets, mountain, fort, pomegranate orchards, and several other city landmarks. We would definitely go back and use his service to discover other places in the future and would highly recommend his services.
