Luggage and Vehicle Comfort Luggage Allowance: Our vehicle is spacious and air-conditioned, designed to comfortably accommodate one standard suitcase and one piece of hand luggage per traveler for multi-day trips. If you have oversized luggage (e.g., surfboards, large equipment), please notify us at the time of booking so we can arrange the perfect vehicle for you. Comfort Guarantee: The vehicle will be clean, fueled, and equipped with complimentary bottled water for your journey. 3. Flight Delay Assurance (Crucial for Airport Pickups) Flight Tracking: If your starting point is the airport, we monitor all incoming flights.
