We went to see the sunrise to Mount batur, a unique experience. Our guide Martin proved always available and was very helpful throughout the experience.
Amazing experience! Totally worth it! The drivers were good and hospitable. Such a new experience to watch the stars, have the most delicious banana sandwich and hot chocolate! Followed by a breathtaking sunrise! Just be sure to bring a hoodie or a jacket as the temperature drops. They pick you up from your place then close to the mountain you switch to an open roof jeep.
The driver was amazing! Martin was exceptional, took magnificent photos, showed us wonderful places!
Nice guides (Wayan & Kardy) who made an effort to lighten the mood and make the trip an experience despite the early wake-up. A few good photos were taken, but some photos had poor quality. -> please train the guides that the portrait mode is the wrong mode for full-body shots and especially for landscape photos including the jeep. The quality suffers greatly from this!! This should be changed: Too early of a pickup, as one then has to wait 1.5 hours for the sunrise. Therefore, a maximum wait of 1 hour would be completely sufficient. Additionally, several blankets should be provided, and customers should be informed one day in advance that it is cold, so they can bring appropriate clothing. Furthermore, the trip to the lava stones was missing, and the stay at the hot springs was only 40 minutes including changing -> it needs to be extended to at least 1-1.5 hours.
Definitely a Bali must do. Beautiful location. Very friendly driver. Fun jeep ride. Helpful with photos and videos. Wonderful start to the day!

I had a great experience with Kardi and Martin. Kardi was right on time to pick-me up from the villa. Martin took me to Mount Batur, black lava and hot spring. He was very kind to me throughout the journey and he is a great photographer. Just one feedback is that next time please carry an umbrella or raincoat to Mount Batur as the one that Martin had was broken and I was drenched in water.
