We offer complimentary door-to-door pick-up and drop-off from any location in Dubai and Sharjah, including hotels, residences, airports, and cruise terminals. There is no designated meeting point — our professional guide will contact you prior to arrival to confirm the exact pick-up time and location. Please be ready at least 15 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time to ensure a smooth start to your desert adventure.

- Insured 4x4 vehicles with safety features: seat belts, roll bars, GPS tracking, and first aid kit
- Wear closed sports shoes for safe sandboarding
- Dress comfy: light clothing in summer; bring a light layer for cooler winter mornings
- Pickup time varies by location; typically within 45 minutes before your selected start time (you will be notified if adjusted)
- Recommended ages: sandboarding 8 to 50
- UAE rules: pregnant guests, infants under 3, and guests with back, neck, or heart conditions cannot join dune bashing
- Weather dependent: if canceled due to poor conditions, reschedule or full refund offered

We had an amazing experience! This safari was definitely worth it. Our guide Shaban was excellent. He was always making sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying the experience. His English was very good, which made communication easy throughout the trip. Shaban was also a fantastic photographer, he took some amazing photos for us. I would highly recommend this, especially if you have Shaban as your guide!
