Private Montego Bay Airport Transfer to Montego Bay Hotels

This company provides great service. After booking the transportation from the airport to the hotel. They have messaged me with exactly location where to find their representatives at the airport. The ladies at the desk were very polite and personally walked me out to the car. The wait was minimal. The driver was also very friendly and engaging.

We had such a positive experience with Reggae Tours. Our travel agent, Ruth DeMuth from TripGuy Travel, recommended Reggae Tours for our private transfers between Montego Bay and Negril, and we were very impressed. For both transfers, our drivers were extremely informative and pointed out several places of interest along the way. Upon our arrival, the driver met us within minutes of our check-in, and our return driver arrived early, ensuring we had no concerns about reaching the airport on time. On the return trip, the driver even kindly offered to stop so we could do some shopping. Excellent service !

Raggae tours is great. This is the 4th time I've used them for airport transfer. (Once to ocho rios, once to runaway bay and twice to Montego bay). Easy at the counter and they take you right outside and into the car. Or van if it is my whole family. Dane was our driver both ways this time and he was great. Very friendly

Paid for a shuttle but was pleasantly surprised when we received a private transfer. Car was clean and comfortable. Driver was knowledgeable and shared info about local culture and foods. Highly recommended!

Booked a private airport transfer from airport to hotel and back at end of trip. Very friendly and responsive during booking, we had a party of 8 so booked through email contact, was discounted due to group size. This was one of the smoothest airport transfers I’ve had from any destination. Easy to find in airport, after bags retrieved and through customs it was under 10 minutes til we were loaded in the van/bus and on our way to hotel. Using our flight information they told me when to be in lobby for pick up back to airport at end of trip, driver was on time. Both drivers were friendly and busses/vans clean and comfortable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to other family and friends visiting Jamaica.

After reading positive reviews, I decided to choose this company for my airport transportation to and from my resort. I can now confirm that the reviews were indeed accurate. CJ, our driver to the resort, was welcoming and made us feel comfortable upon arrival. He safely and swiftly transported us to the resort, and we were eager to begin our vacation after engaging in friendly conversation with him along the way. Our return driver, T Rob, arrived early for our pick-up, which was a pleasant surprise on a busy travel day. Despite feeling sad to leave, T Rob maintained a cheerful atmosphere with his music and conversation, keeping us in high spirits. Reggae Tours definitely deserves a big thumbs up from us!

Our trip back to the airport was great. Our driver, Chevron, was on time, well dressed and very friendly. His car was immaculate and nice and cool - which was a welcome change from the outside heat and humidity. I give Chevron 5 stars. Our ride from the airport to the hotel was not so great - it was like an oven inside the car, even with the air conditioner on. Luckily, it was a short drive. I hope that was a one off and will Reggae Tours another try next time we're in Montego Bay. The owners should stress to their drivers the importance of showing up with their car cool - especially in July, August.

Love Reggae Tours! We used them for our transfer to and from the airport. Our hotel was only 5-7 minutes away but they made us feel welcome in that short time and told us a lot. We traveled on June 21-27 and it rained every day but our driver said if we do any tours, do it in the morning because in the afternoon it rains. And sure enough, that is what happened. We were also shocked at how people only come and stay at the resort. My advice is to explore the island and support the locals! You did not come to stay in one spot. It was a great experience and I will definitely use Reggae Tours again.
