Description

They will travel aboard the Mercedes V Minivan, the most luxurious minivan on the market. With up to 7 seats, it has reclining leather seats and double air conditioning. On this private tour, once the pick-up point has been selected, we will head first to San Lorenzo de El Escorial, where you can enjoy the beauty of its monastery. Then we will make a 1 hour trip to Segovia, where you can enjoy an incredible city accompanied by your driver, who will give you all the necessary information about the city and its monuments. There we will visit the Plaza Mayor and the Cathedral. Once you have eaten, we will again take a walk to discover the Aqueduct and the Alcazar. Once you have visited, we will return to Madrid.

We will start the tour in Madrid from the point you decide. Our first stop will be The Monastery of San Lorenzo de El Escorial. On this journey you will be able to see the Cross of the Fallen and the Guadarrama mountain range

From San Lorenzo de El Escorial we will take a one-hour trip where you will be able to see the Guadarrama mountain range as well as pass through its long tunnel that separates the community of Madrid from the community of Castilla y León.

The Segovia Aqueduct is an impressive Roman structure dating back to the 1st century AD. It stands out for its perfectly preserved granite arches, which rise majestically over the Spanish city of Segovia, carrying water from the Sierra de Guadarrama to the historic center. It is one of the most emblematic monuments in Spain and a notable testimony of Roman engineering.

We will make the return trip from Segovia where you will see the Sierra de Guadarrama again as well as the beautiful Skyline at the entrance to Madrid

An outstanding day trip out of Madrid.

A national treasure that is often overlooked on short visits to Spain. Worth every minute! Joan is an expert driver and guide... we highly recommend him.

Terrific Day Tour of El Escorial and Segovia

We had a terrific day tour with Juan of El Escorial Monastery and the city of Segovia. Juan was a great host and guide, very knowledgeable about the region’s history. He took us to the best locales and beautiful places. A fun day for the whole family. Much appreciated!
