I have been on many tours in Puerto Vallarta and this was my first trip with Eco Explorers. It will not be the last. My 15 year old niece and I decided to check it out an we were not disappointed. I loved the smaller boat experience, we were a group of 11 people with three guides that looked after us. Our Captain, Hector was an excellent Navegador. The ride to the Marietas Islands was smooth sailing thanks to him. Eric was our main guide and he was very knowledgeable about the local species. The entire team were very personable, remembered all our names and really seemed to care about our comfort and enjoyment. The hidden beach is a beautiful work of Mother Nature and in my opinion worth the additional $600 pesos. The snorkelling was not the best I have done but we saw lots of fish and PV is not renowned for its snorkelling anyway. Our lunch was a delicious ham and cheese sandwich with fresh fruit and fresh water. You can bring your own beer if you can’t live without booze for a few hours. I appreciated that this wasn’t a booze cruise as so many of the tours are. On our trip back to Puerto Vallarta we saw many humpback whales and even a sea turtle! Fascinated with the experience and how attentive they are. They are always on the lookout even though I am afraid to swim, I felt very confident with the guide called Carlos , he took care of me at all times and made me enjoy the experience. It has a nice energy which makes you enjoy the tour and had patience and that made me feel more confident despite my fear of the sea.I appreciate your kindness, I would definitely return to more tours

Carlos was amazing and a great guide. Had a great time and would highly recommend. Got there at 9 and it was only my group of 3 and that was still a big enough group to go so we got the boat to ourselves.
Carlos was so amazing! He knows so much about the marine life and was awesome to learn more from him! We saw so many dolphins and fish it was awesome how lively the snorkeling spot was and the boat drive. The rangers also make sure the spot is treated nicely which is very cool to see!
