Centre for National Culture, Accra (2026) - All You MUST Know ...The Accra Arts Centre (Centre for National Culture) is a vibrant, bustling open-air market, making it the top spot for affordable Ghanaian souvenirs, traditional crafts, and textiles like kente cloth. We had a good time exploring Makola Market

I had always heard about Makola Market and dreamed of visiting one day. That dream came true when I finally visited Ghana. Big shoutout to my guide Adjei for showing us around he’s super cool and very knowledgeable. Makola is everything I imagined and more: bustling alleyways, bright fabrics, fragrant spices, vendors everywhere offering fresh produce, clothes, beads you name it. Walking through the narrow streets, feeling the energy, seeing people hustling, bargaining, it was all so alive.
