Thumbs up to Heaven Experiences team for all the support, assistance, prompt communication as well as a great tour I had with Honorine as my guide. She is very knowledgeable and most importantly a very kind person. I truly recommend their service 🥳
Great tour and guide! The route was good and the guide, Nina, super friendly and knowledgeable. We had a good time and can recommend it!
Oscar was great. Was happy to have chosen this company. We went to the famous hotel and around the downtown area.
Emma suggested and brought us on this guided neighborhood walk after we settled in at the Retreat as a way to familiarize ourselves with our surroundings. We walked by the President’s compound and visited notable sites during the country’s genocide. We also visited the thriving neighborhood center with shops, eateries, and the “Kigali” sign for the perfect photo opportunity. It was a great introduction to the city’s past, present, and future. Highly recommend!
Honorine is a great guide and gave us a great city tour. She was very flexible, and even though our plan kept changing, made sure we saw the best things and told us plenty of history along the way.
We booked this on short notice as we were tight on time on a work trip and before our return flight. The arrangements beforehand were super easy and Jamal was wonderful to deal with. On the day, our guide Nina was fabulous. So knowledgeable and just the nicest person you could ever hope to guide you around a city of such intense history. We lived it and Nina makes you feel at home in her company. For anyone going to Kigali- we can't recommend the walking tour highly enough. For future visits, we shall book in again.
I used Heaven Experiences for a city tour in Kigali and also to organize my transport to and permits in Volcanoes National Park. My guide/driver Oscar made this a deeply eye and heart opening experience for me and I would not have had the same experience without him. Oscar customized the trip for me based on what I was interested in. We visited a local school in Musanze and a farm on top of the hills to see where amazing fruits and nuts grow. But hearing Oscar's stories growing up in Rwanda and meeting locals was the best and most impactful part of my trip. I highly recommend organizing your trip through Heaven
Nina met me at my hotel for my walking tour. She was early and we set out for what was an enjoyable time together. She was pleasant and easy to get to know and provided great information about each site visited. She was willing to customize my tour and even helped me shop. At the close of my tour, I was meeting a friend at a hotel unknown to me, Nina took the time and made the effort to walk me to that hotel and saw that all was well. I cannot recommend the tour and Nina, highly enough.
