If you book the tour with air flights: Our trusted driver will pick you up from your hotel in Buenos Aires at the appropriate time according to your flight schedule and take you to either Jorge Newbery Airport or Ezeiza Airport, as applicable, so you can start your day with peace of mind and the comfort of knowing you are supported by our agency from the moment you leave your hotel. Upon your return, the driver will be waiting for you at the Buenos Aires airport to take you back to your hotel.

Lower circuit The strategically located walkways and bridges allow the visitors a charming and intimate touch with nature, having different views of the falls from below. The Devil's Throat is a set of waterfalls 80 m high that are detached towards a narrow gorge, which concentrates the largest flow of the Iguazu Falls, being in turn these waterfalls the highest flow in the world. Garganta del Diablo (The Devil's Throat) is the biggest fall in Iguazu, and the catwalks take you right on top of it! Be surprised and amazed by the strength and volume of water, which creates a permanent fog above the fall.
As part of the experience, you will also have the opportunity to join the Great Adventure Tour, an exciting boat ride that takes you deep into the heart of the waterfalls. - Great adventure tour: This 5 km vehicular route culminates in the Puerto Macuco jungle base. After descending 100 meters you will arrive at the dock where you can board the boats with which you will go up 6 km up the Lower Iguazú river gorge towards the waterfall area enjoying the mighty rapids, to the base of the Tres Mosqueteros waterfall, watching the set of Brazilian waterfalls Argentines, with the Devil’s Throat crowning the view of the canyon. Later, you will reach the maximum point of emotion when facing the incomparable Salto San Martín, second in size and the largest that a boat can approach. To finish, we will disembark at the dock located in front of San Martín Island from where you can rejoin the walkway system, through the Lower Circuit.

Iguazu Falls were definitely something to see - just wouldn’t book this tour to see them. Local tour company that Viator sub’ed this to short-changed us on the tour - was supposed to be 9 hr and they wanted to take us back to the airport already at 2:30pm (ultimately we went back around 3:30pm so we could eat some lunch), but had to then wait > 4hr for the return flight. We got 7 hrs - not 9hrs and never saw the upper trail circuits, except for the devils throat. For $1000, this was not worth it and local guide, although a nice guy, did not try to help the situation. My advice - don’t book this tour - you’ll feel ripped off at the end.

According to the guide’s official report including times and documentation the tour was carried out in full, covering all the circuits included in the itinerary. At the end of the service, the guide also reported that you mentioned the experience itself was very pleasant. We have been operating this tour for over 10 years, and the consistently high ratings and reviews reflect the quality and completeness of the experience we provide. While we regret that airline-related issues affected your overall day, these circumstances are unrelated to the tour operation. A long day, but 100% worth it. By choosing a day trip from Buenos Aires, this tour allowed us to see everything we wanted to see in Iguazu Falls and make the most of our time in Buenos Aires. Really nice to have a private guide. Got picked up at our hotel at 5:00am for 7:00am flight landing just before 9:00am. Was assigned to a 8:34pm return flight (although we were at the airport in time for a 6:30pm flight to the more convenient airport in BA, but unfortunately, JetSmart would not let us change flights). We were back at our hotel around 11:15pm.

After confirmation of our purchase we received regular communication regarding flights, airport transfers and all vital information needed for a smooth trip. Our transfer driver, Valeria, also confirmed pickup and contact details and was very reliable. Even with our delayed flight back, Valeria already knew the updated arrival time before we advised her. Our tour guide, Jonathon, met us at our arrival at Iguazu airport and prepared us for the day’s itinerary. With Jonathon’s knowledge of the culture, history, plant and animal wildlife, we came away with respect and appreciation of this amazing wonder. Thanks to our guide, we were able to complete all the sites by foot, train, truck and boat in a timely manner and didn’t miss anything. The only delay was our flight back but this gave us a chance to enjoy an early dinner at the airport. Great day and highly recommend.

Everything worked out as promised -- cars, flight, guide, park, etc. Private guide is wonderful way to see Iguazu, and guide adjusted to our pace and interests well while pointing out best photo spots.
It was the perfect long day. With an 18 hour day you would think that something would go wrong. But no…Everything went smoothly. The Falls were spectacular. Yamilia took good care of us.
Our experience was not without its hiccups, but I am still rating this 5 stars because of how well we were supported. Leading up to the trip, Azul Latina Travel were excellent at making sure we had all the documents we needed for the flight and entry to the falls. They were very good at communicating and answering questions. The morning we were flying out of Buenos Aires for our tour, there was an issue with our airport transfer. It was 4am so we couldn't get ahold of anyone, so we decided to get ourselves to the airport since we already had our flight tickets. As soon as someone was awake, they had reached out to apologize and offered to reimburse our costs for getting to the airport. They were very kind and sympathetic, and I really appreciated how they handled and took care of the situation. When we arrived in Iguazu, our guide met us at the airport and Mabel was a gem! She was very knowledgable and lovely, and she really made us feel like we were getting the full experience of Iguazu Falls, which I can only describe as the most wonderful views on earth! It was extremely hot the day we visited, so Mabel was excellent about giving us options and being flexible to suit our needs. Definitely bring lots of water and sun protection, you will need it! The Great Adventure was a definite highlight! The views from the boat are indescribable. Honestly, this site is a natural wonder for a reason! Just amazing! The boat takes you right up to the falls, to the point you are basically under them, and given the heat, it's a welcome and refreshing mid day shower! You may want to pack a change of clothes, but a lot of people just drip dry - choice is yours! The trails to the falls do involve some walking so be prepared. The trails are well kept and manageable, but may feel intense if you aren't used to the heat. At the end of the day, Mabel set up a nice lunch at the Melia hotel so we could enjoy a wonderful view of the falls while we rested in the air conditioning and had some wine - very lovely! Our way home did not go as planned. Our flight was cancelled due to weather so we were stuck in Iguazu. The original carrier rebooked us automatically for the next available flight, but it wasn't for 5 days. I contacted Diego and he made sure we were supported and had accommodations for the night and a new flight out the next morning. We ended up being 12 hours later than anticipated, but fairly stress free because we booked this tour. The mark of a good tour company is how they handle hiccups, and given how well we felt supported our entire trip, I would highly recommend Azul Latina Travel and the Iguazu Falls tour with the Great Adventure. I don't think you'll regret it.
Absolutely fantastic day trip to Iguazu Falls. Every detail was taken care of and went smoothly from the airport transfers to meeting the guide Matteo on arrival at the falls. Matteo was an excellent guide. He was quick to spot wildlife on the way to Devil’s Throat falls and explain all manner of interesting facts as we travelled around this spectacular location. The adventure boat trip was an absolute highlight of our day. It was 42 degrees and so the dunking into the water fall was adrenaline fuelled and a welcome relief from the heat of the day. Matteo ensured that we saw everything we could in this short day visit and overcame any slight snags along the way to keep things on track. (For example overcoming short delays here and there by making up time getting our tickets for boat trip while we had lunch etc). This is a day that my wife and I will not forget. I am so glad that we took the time and made the effort to visit these stunning waterfalls. Thank you Matteo for making our trip such a memorable one.
