Not as advertised

Wasn’t a Hummer, wasn’t private, and we couldn’t go to the place to see the remains of the old city because our guide did not have the necessary permit. We had booked a tour for two in an enclosed Hummer. When we arrived at the meeting place we found that we had a fellow passenger and we were in an open jeep. It was very windy. We drove around for three hours. We did see some of the devastation from the volcano, but we wanted a private tour in an enclosed vehicle, and we wanted to get as close to the original volcano site as possible. We got none of the above, although that is what we paid for. I thought long and hard before posting this. The people on this island have a very tough time, and I want them to develop a successful tourism industry, but they must learn that they should not promise things that they cannot deliver.
