Daniel the driver was great, met me at the baggage claim and even helped with my luggage. Even had bottled water when we got in the car.
App is not very user friendly, highly recommend calling. No other issues, drivers were excellent , on time and very accommodating. Our last driver allowed me extra time to say tearful goodbyes to my traveling girlfriends at the airport, he then offered me a pkg of Kleenex , ( may not mean a lot to most people but it met a lot to me) . We continued on to my terminal at FLL.
This was easy to book and the communication was perfect! The chauffeur (Luis) was very prompt and gave us a nice ride to the airport.
