Want to view the Hollywood Sign closer than ever? In this custom experience, you will be matched with a tour guide who will set a hiking itinerary based on your individual needs. That's right, this is an entirely private tour, with a guide who will be with you from your hotel to the trailhead and back. No more dropped calls or frantic searches from the top of a mountain. Do you have a group with older adults? Prefer a leisurely pace? Are you an avid hiker looking for adventure? Whatever your needs, we will adjust the pace and sights accordingly! Our guide will take you directly to the trailhead; from there, you'll learn about the flora, fauna, and historical landmarks, as you make your way towards the Hollywood Sign. Those who can handle an accelerated pace can make it to a public viewing spot just above the sign; slower groups will be led to clear vantage points along the path. After the hike, return to the car with complementary water, and sit back as we return to your hotel.

The Hollywood Reservoir established in 1924 has 2.5 billion gallons of water and is part of the California Aqueduct that brings life to southern California in the way of water from the snow melt of the high sierra Nevada Mountains of central and northern California.
The last and most steep section of the hike is via Mount Lee Drive. We will guide you to the top as you will be 1820 feet above the city with incredible views of the iconic sign. On clear days you can see all the way to orange county and the pacific ocean!
You did it!! You are now higher than the Hollywood sign looking down on it from and incredible vista point a top Mount Lee!!

What are the amazing experience! Paul is the most friendly and knowledgeable tour guide I have come across. He is so warm and personable and can tell you stories about anything that you point at. He has a deep, rich knowledge all about the history of Los Angeles, so much so that the next day at the museum, I knew details about things before I read them because of what Paul told me.
