You have to be kidding!!! For that price you should receive a weeks worth of BNB and meals to boot, plus all of the gorges, swimming at Enfield and also Buttermilk park, and music on Thursday night at Myers Point! Just for starters toss in breakfast at the Framers market if it is a Saturday.
Originally booked for Saturday but due to rain weather forecast, I changed to Sunday morning for 9am tour. Even after email confirmation of changes I made, TripAdvisor says they never got change notification so ended up having tour at 8am on Sunday instead. It seems like there’s lack of communication with TripAdvisor and Viator(another tour company trip advisor is working with). Actual tour lasted approximately two hours and was well worth the time and money! Tour guide was very knowledgeable, well prepared, informative and learned tons of Ithaca history which made up for all the confusion with booking issues
We're sorry for the confusion, and we appreciate your feedback. We're delighted to hear that you found the tour worthwhile and that our guide provided an informative experience. We're committed to improving our communication processes to prevent such issues in the future. Thank you for your understanding and for choosing our tour.
Adriana was flexible with us as we really wanted to see Cornell but the official tours were full. She was very knowledgeable about the university having graduated from there. She also led us on a cool hike up one of the gorges to the campus. Very enjoyable experience.
We appreciate your feedback and thank you for choosing to embark on the tour with us!
