Make your transportation from Xi'an Bei North Station to downtown Xi'an. Please specify your train and hotel information at the time of booking. The driver will hold your name sign and wait at the nearest exit to you.

- Hotel drop-off area should be within the 3rd ring road of Xi'an. For further distance there might be an extra cost for transfers. You'll be notified by your tour operator.
- Babies and children count as passengers even if they do not require their own seat. (We can provide the baby car seats for free if you request. Please specify in the “Special Request” form at the time of your booking, at least 3 days ahead).
- Please make sure you provide us with your correct train number and hotel address.
- Please make sure you notify us by telephone or email if your train or hotel information changes.
- If you stay in airbnb, we might not be able to drop you off at the door. Because normally airbnb is in a community where enforces the separation of pedestrians and vehicles.
- We provide up to 30 mins of waiting time at the railway station after your train arrives. Otherwise, you will be considered as a no-show. Or additional waiting time fees may apply.

The transfer was superb. Our driver was communicating with us before and at arrival. Even when we were a little lost at the train station, our driver shared pictures with us to help us. We highly recommend these guys.
