Late arriving, we had difficulties finding our guide because we were not informed of the change in personnel. Guide had not been informed of my partner's mobility issues. Guide was personable and well informed but was not from Japan so missing some local knowledge.
We're always working to improve, and your kind words are the best motivation. Thanks for joining our tour!
