The trip was spoiled because there was no proper guide. The person accompanying the driver said nothing. We did not know why he was there until the driver told us he was the guide. He did not have a clue. He did not advise where we were going, what we were seeing. When we stopped he did not say why we were stopping, how long we would be stopped. Very, very disappointing. The animals we saw were fine but no guide, no information and a great let down. Not what we expected for the price we paid. We expected a professional well organised and informative tour.
