I booked the trip for myself and a co-traveler the day before! I called the tour operator the next day, he had not been notified of my booking! Mohammed Ahmed scrambled to get things together and came to pick us up! It was a holiday in Amman, everything was very crowded and busy! But our guide did a good job driving us around and showing us a bit of history and current life in Amman! Could you please check why your systems were not functioning in this case! If I had not called Mohammed, I would have paid but there would have been no trip! And please commend Mohammed for doing an admirable job while on his back foot due to no fault of his own!
