Victoria is very knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions. She is proud to be Czech and her love for her country helped give us a new perspective. There is a tram ride, walking and going down 200 steps from the castle. The steps are easily spaced and it was not difficult at all! I highly recommend this tour. We learned grizzly facts of the past and fun superstitions of the present.

We were never met with. Arrived 15 minutes ahead of time and stayed around the tower for 20 minutes. There was nobody there for us. We saw many other groups but not for us. We certainly hope we will be reimbursed!!
My husband wears hearing aids so a large group tour is difficult for him. Our guide on this tour was funny, knowledgeable and very helpful and aware of our needs. I highly recommend her. It was a great experience!
