Angkor Thom, while less famous than Angkor Wat, is arguably equally astounding in scale and ambition, and its grand approach remains humbling today. Ta Prohm is one of visitors' favorite sites, as it has been partially reclaimed by the jungle, giving it a unique beauty and tranquility. As this is a private tour, you are welcome to specify your own start time and even add more stops to the itinerary if you wish. Itinerary
Angkor Wat is the largest religious monument in the world, and the world's most famous sunrise. It is an astonishingly large and ambitious complex symbolising the power and majesty of the ancient Angkor civilisation.
Banteay Kdei is also known as 'the citadel of monk's cells'. It is partially overgrown with towering, sinous trees. The silk cotton tree roots weaving their way through the stones of the ruined walls is a famously beautiful sight.
Ta Prohm is a picturesque and attractive ruin partially retaken by jungle. It is also known as 'the Tomb Raider temple', made famous by Angelina Jolie in the 2001 film.
Ta Keo was never finished, and as such has a very different aspect to most of the Angkor temples. It's square, layered-pyramid shape makes it one of the more dramatic sites on the tour and climbing the terraces affords some beautiful views over the jungle.
Angkor Thom was the latter capital of the Angkor Empire. The road takes us through the famous South Gate, lined with gods and demons locked in an eternal tug-of-war. The temple of Bayon at the centre of the site is lined with countless beatific carved faces, gazing eternally at the surrounding forest.
[Only included in sunset tours] Phnom Bakheng is a hilltop temple built hundreds of years before Angkor Wat. It is also one of the best places to watch the sunset in Cambodia, as it overlooks Angkor Wat itself.

I have booked a day private tour with my guide call Mr. Keng Samuth. He is so nice, do the perfect introduces about the history of all those temples. And make the best plan of time control. Narith the tour guide was incredible with our group. He took us to all the main temples and had the history and stories of each of the temples. He was extremely professional, was on time picking us up at our hotel and accommodated any special requests we had. Mr Sor the driver was top notch as well. The van had COLD ac every time we finished a temple and he had set out ice cold waters in all the seats for all members of our party. Highly recommend using this company and Narith and Sor.

We had a very nice Tour with Bong Sim and visited many temples. He was very friendly and welcoming. The first one started at sunrise at Ankor Wat. At 6am! We were the first at Ankor Wat and it was awesome. Had water and toilets shown. Such a nice trip!
