Your local English-speaking driver will meet you in the hotel lobby or at the main entrance of your accommodation at the scheduled departure time. The driver will be holding a sign with the lead traveler’s name for easy identification. Please be ready 10–15 minutes before departure to ensure a smooth and timely start to your experience.

Wonderful place to visit. The only issue we had was getting picked up at our hotel. We had to repeated remind them of where we were. This is even after working with Viator to make sure our hotel was set as the origin. The driver was late because he went to the wrong place the morning of the tour. Don’t expect your driver to give you any history or background on the sites visited. This wasn’t a tour, it was a private transfer with “I’ll be back here to pick you up at this time”
