My daughters and I just had the most wonderful experience with Jay visiting Hoover Dam and the Grand Canyon. Jay is super accommodating, very knowledgeable and generally a fun, personable guy to spend a day with! He took great care to ensure we were safely viewing the sites while still having a great time. And the mini photo shoots we did were a total bonus! Not only did he have ice cold waters for us (which we needed in addition to what we brought), but he planned in snack/bathroom breaks at safe locations. He had tons of fun facts for us and even stopped at a park on the way back so we could see the bighorn sheep in the wild! We cannot recommend iTravelUSA and Jay enough!
Great tour! Jay is fun, informative, and organized. He's a great photographer and knows how to get the best experience for you. Comfortable vehicle, well-planned itinerary, and worth the cost. We would highly recommend this tour.
We enjoyed so much the tour and our guide Mr Jay Yuen is very helpful & informative. Value for money. All goods and well presented.
This was a great tour! Our tour guide, Blanca, picked us up right on time and was knowledgeable and super-nice. She tailored the day to our specifications and we spent a gorgeous time at the Grand Canyon.
Dear Angela We arrived safely back in South Africa yesterday evening. Thank you very much for a wonderful Grand Canyon Tour. It was such a wonderful gesture to upgrade our tour to a private tour. Jay was a great tour guide and gave us a lot of additional information and insights. We enjoyed all his efforts around taking pictures – some of them in very funny positions that made us all laugh a lot. On a very hot day it was certainly a great luxury to have a private vehicle take us around – and we truly appreciated Jay’s efforts to keep us hydrated with the ice water! I am glad we did the helicopter into the canyon as an add on – all very much part of the magic of the day. Your day trip saved the Las Vegas part of our tour. Thank you again for the professional manner in which the whole tour booking was done and the ongoing friendliness and advice. Stay safe Andre
Our ITravel private tour with Jay was amazing from start to finish! Jay was incredibly knowledgeable about the history of each of the places we travelled to, beginning with the history of Las Vegas. After leaving Vegas, our first stop was the Hoover Dam, where he stopped at perfect photo op spots and gave us a wealth of information about the dam’s history. Next stop was the Joshua Tree forest where we took a short hike of the area and got our first taste of Jay’s talents as a photographer. Then, onto the Grand Canyon, where his photographer talents and knowledge of the area truly shined. Jay was interesting, knowledgeable, and so engaging throughout the entire tour. The car that we travelled in was impeccably clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. I would highly recommend ITravel, especially if Jay is your tour guide.
That was one of the best tours we’ve ever been on. Jay is an exceptional guide and we highly recommend him for any family out there looking for a unique Hoover Dam/Grand Canyon experience.
Our tour guide and bus driver were absolutely wonderful. I’d recommend them over and over. As far as the rest of the tour, the food options weren’t adequately explained prior to booking so we were disappointed we didn’t know about possible savings. And I thought we’d have more time and better views of the Hoover dam but after the Grand Canyon everyone was tired anyway so it all worked out.
Our guide Jay was fantastic and very knowledgeable, he also went the extra mile to take the perfect photos for our party.
The tour guide I had a priveledge of meeting went by the name of Lankun. At first I was iffy cuz I thought I would have to share a van w/others. But it was knowing it would just be my family which made it more comfortable. The van had alot of leg space which I find most important for traveling! I have also have a weak blatter so there multiple stops that had bathrooms which earned extra brownie points for me. She took me far n beyond at the Grand Canyon. There was a point where she said let me take pics of you. I thought cringe automatically but when I seen the photos I fell in LOVE!! I wanted them right away n she provided that instantly. I’m an adventurous n she when she took me to the top of the rocks, I’m not gonna lie I was a little scared cuz of the places she wanted me to pose. But I said 1 life n idk if I will ever come back here again. Let’s do it!! The shots came out like a Picasso painting!! I was full of excitement of how they came out so I was ready for a more daring poses. As she took me to other spots i inhaled the view. I felt like a God, a warrior, a mini Godzilla standing atop of the mountain! I FaceTimed 2 ppl to make them jealous. I asked for 2 mins for me took take personal selfies n 360 vid’s for social media. She was very patient. After all that I was greeted with a complimentary subway sandwich (6 inch) with a side of lays chips. Top 5 sandwiches I’ve ever had in my life! Moving foward Lankun was literally a walking encyclopedia! Very intelligent n knew everything about anything. I was wondering if she was a spy🧐 lol. She also answered my Area 51 questions that had nothing to do with the Grand Canyon. At the end of the trip I honestly wanted to put her in my pocket n take her around Las Vegas with me for her insightful knowledge n beautiful cinematic photography. I’m going to eat Raman noodles for the next 2 months so I can save up n go back to Vegas again n do another tour with her! Thank you Lankun for making my 1st time at the Grand Canyon a memorable one n being such a fascinating human being. You’ll be the 1st person I’ll contact when I come back out here again!!
