This was the perfect way to learn about Florence. Our friendly guide was excellent and gave us so much information. The cost was reasonable and well worth it . He actually spent 1 1/2 hours with us!!
Great tour of the city (especially on a hot day!). You’ll see quieter parts of the city that you wouldn’t otherwise get to see. Alberto the guide was so knowledgeable!
A very nice way to get a quick view of Florence and many highlights. Our guide, Akum, did a great job of taking us to many places of interest.
Great tour guide Tommy! Great views and was a great way to see the area. Would recommend our guide! Town is pretty!
Fantastic experience with plenty of beautiful views of the city. Would highly recommend to put your must do list while in Florence
We had originally booked this to be picked up at 11am however we had a call the evening before to ask if this could be amended to 12pm which we agreed to. The morning of the trip we then received another message to say they were running 15 mins late but as an apology they would give us extra time to ensure we had a full experience. The trip lasted 1 hour 20 mins (advertised duration 1-2hours) the guide then said he would drop us off in a different location in the city (not our hotel which is what we had booked)which we were ok (ish) with however the guide pointed out his car was parked right by where he chose to drop off and told us he had another tour in 30 mins and had no lunch so felt this was for his benefit and not what we’d booked. Some of the sights were shown from a long distance away which was disappointing. The tour is also advertised with water included which it wasn’t and we had to stop off to purchase this as it was advertised as was included. All in all we felt messed around, rushed and didn’t get the experience advertised. I did raise this directly with the company but our concerns were dismissed we felt we should have received a partial refund. I do not feel this experience is value for money.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are genuinely sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. We would like to clarify a few points. we informed you of a short 15-minute delay. To make up for this, we extended the duration of your tour so that you would still receive the full experience. Regarding the drop-off, we took you to the location that you personally requested and agreed to during the tour. This was not changed for our convenience, and we are sorry if there was any misunderstanding. As for the sightseeing stops, our route is designed to provide the best panoramic viewpoints while respecting local traffic regulations and access restrictions. Some landmarks are intentionally viewed from scenic viewpoints rather than directly in front of them. We always strive to offer a high-quality experience and are sorry that, despite our efforts to accommodate the schedule changes and provide extra time, you left feeling disappointed. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving our service.
Tommy was absolutely AMAZING! Super enthusiastic, a clear love for the work he does, history and Florence. We had to reroute pick up given local changes to where the golf carts can go, and that went smoothly. The tour the. started off a little late, mutually agreed on, and I requested pick up from another location and that went smoothly as well. Mentioning this because often the little hiccups or delays can make and break a tour experience, but communication was great, and they accommodated my requests without any fuss. I appreciated how seamless all of that was🥂 The tour itself was amazing- the views, the stories, the drive- we even had a complimentary beer/coffee stop at a nice little hole in the wall. All around recommend this experience, and one of the most comfortable if you are solo travelling!
Very fun way to see Florence at night great views and history of area provided our guide was energetic & able to answer questions
Great overview of the city along with spectacular views. Aymen was very knowledgeable and friendly. Great guy. Great tour!
We visited the surrounding area of the city of Florence especially the upper hills overlooking the city and the oldest church built 11th Century… amazing views and also travelled in the tight streets where residents live on the outskirts. Our guide was excellent on spoke many languages.
