Sylvia met us promptly on time. She was knowledgeable especially with the arts. It rained on and off most of the day. The lines we very long at both the Uzzi and the Galleria Dell 'Academia. It was very chaotic at the Academia with the rain and lines all mixed together. Sylvia did an excellent job of working us through the lines to achieve our assigned time to enter.
Brian was the tour guide assigned to us and he did an amazing job. He was very insightful and patient with all of our questions. Look no further if you want a 5 star tour of Florence.

This is an excellent guide service. Very knowledgeable about Florence art and history of Florence, especially the buildings. Very easy to work with.very friendly.
We had Brenda as our guide. She was very knowledgeable and informative. Her English was perfect. We were picked up at our hotel and started the tour on foot. There were several important spots that she highlighted for us. Our entry into both museums were truly skip the line and we got to beat the crowd. For me the trip had many highlights but certainly David at the Galleria was one but the Uffizi had treasures that one could spend days uncovering. Brenda chose the important historical pieces and was profuse in explaining the details of the era and the artworks.
Elisa was so informative and personable. The tour was well organized and we enjoyed the Uffizi and the Acedemia. We also found it very helpful to get to explore the city and get a sense of the area for navigating later
Laura was such a knowledgeable and insightful tour guide! We got to see so much in a very efficient and fulfilling pace. The lunch at the local wine bar was a unique experience that gives such insight to the local culture too. Would recommend to my family and friends!
This was the best tour we have ever experienced. We highly recommend the tour. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and brought the history and artwork of Florence to life for us. We took this tour on our first day of Florence. I cannot thank our guide enough. This tour is a must do.
Manuela was amazing! We saw more in one day that we would have in a week walking on our own- and the pre arranged tickets and line management help at the museums was priceless. Our guide was so knowledgeable and really made sure we saw everything we wanted to see.
Our tour guide Barbara was FABULOUS!!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our tour!!!! She was knowledgeable, engaging, and fun!!!
